"A comatose cat for an insomniac infant- perfect match!"

Whenever I wanna take a nap, I put the film Nocturna on (have it loaded up on my PS3). Not because it's a boring film, no no, quite the opposite! The music actually lulls me to sleep, which is appropriate.
That was the case today and I woke up at the end (it...plays in my head, even tho I'm not watching or listening attentively to it). Woke up going, "Hey, I never drew fanart of this movie! I gotta get on that!"
The Hair Messers are my favorite characters from the movie (LOVE how they're animated) so I wanted to do something with them.

Laying down the basics. This'll be a polygonal-lasso job, in the same vein as my Psychonauts artwork and the Coraline "Hide N Seek" pic. I may do a series of them, like little advertisements for Nocturna.


This Toothless pic, I wanted to have done in pencil and just colored in photoshop. But my scanner doesn't like my pencil lines very much, so I had to do them in ps. Oh well.
